Milestone Projects

A milestone project is a management approach that breaks a project down into key milestones or significant points in the timeline representing major accomplishments or deliverables. These milestones are defined in your Project Charter. These milestones serve as progress markers and help ensure the project stays on track and within budget. Each milestone is typically accompanied by specific deliverables and objectives that must be met before moving on to the project's next phase. This approach allows project managers to monitor progress, identify potential problems, and make adjustments to the project plan as needed to ensure the successful completion of the project.

BS will send surveys to project Decision Makers, Account Leads, and Consulted members after each milestone (Learn more about the DARCI Communication model)

Retainer Projects

A retainer project is an agreement between a client and BS LLC in which the client pays a fixed fee in exchange for ongoing services over a set period, typically one year. The retainer fee may be paid monthly or quarterly and covers specific services or deliverables, such as marketing strategy development, website maintenance, or public relations. The scope of the services provided under a retainer agreement can vary depending on the client's needs and is defined in the Project Charter. 

Retainer projects are often used by clients who have ongoing needs for services but may not require a full-time employee to fulfill those needs.
